  My only advice is NEVER EVER SPECIAL ORDER ANYTHING! They have your money and no matter what happens to your order, management will NOT cancel your order and refund your money. Due to pieces arriving damaged, reordering, waiting on mfg. to build more and delayed shipments my order took 8 MONTHS to receive. The customer friendly thing to do was, at some point, give me the choice of waiting or cancelling my order. They could have put the furniture on their floor to sell when it did finally arrive. Kristy, the sales lady, was great, but it was the manager's decision and she chose to lose a customer and probably more than one due to our word of mouth recommendations.

  Thought it would be great... bought couch and loveseat set in February... loved them... one recliner broke so I called. It's now June and I'm still waiting and still paying the bill. I get a call every couple of weeks saying part is on order...
